The legal entity name of the new company is SOCAR-KBR LLC and provides design, engineering, technical, procurement, construction supervision and project management services for projects across the upstream, midstream and downstream oil and gas sectors, in the Azerbaijan – Georgia – Turkey (AGT) region. Position Title: Senior Specialist Information Management
Work Location: Baku

Job Description:

• Implementation and maintenance of the Central Information Store (CIS) – Oracle environment
• Data Class Library updates/management in CIS Oracle implementation
• Setup, Testing and Implementation of Tag, Data and Document validation rules (Oracle pl/sql based)
• Coordinate and management of interfaces utilised in the collection, validation and processing of engineering data from engineering systems, third parties and vendors
• Central point of contact with issues related to the CIS Portal running on the AVEVA Net platform
• Provision of training to the Project users on the features and functionality available within the CIS Portal (built on the AVEVA Net platform)
• Data Class Library refinements based on conversations/feedback from disciplines
• Requirement specification, design and development of validation, data readiness and completeness reports via oversight and direction provided to the developers and reporting team within the Project IM group. Creating of base views that are utilised in the reporting. Future reporting requirements e.g. as-built reports (docs and data)
• Management of data transfer to Client in accordance with the schedule and Asset Data Requirement
• Oversee and provide requirements for the creation of data exception/error feedback reports to Engineering disciplines, Supply Chain and Third party Contractors
• Engagement with client Maintenance Build and Commissioning disciplines related to their data requirements
• Involvement with AVEVA to provide feedback on technical and process driven issues identified by Engineering, IM and other disciplines whilst utilising the product suite

• Concessions/Exceptions Processing in CIS – Evaluation of the approved concessions and guide the development team in implementation if these require custom slutions or logical rule setup
• Setup, Testing, Management and Problem fixing for exports being produced from CIS e.g. Commissioning, Maintenance, ALIM Document exports, BP DPM Document metadata etc.
• Oversight and troubleshooting related to CIS validation rules
• Troubleshooting of reporting data and clarifications related to report data (document and tag data)
• Clarifications related to validation rules
• Review of validation errors to close out errors via feedback loop to engineering. This based on certain patterns or large numbers of errors that could be closed out to improve completeness
• Management and troubleshooting of any scheduled jobs that are on the oracle database or scheduler machines (running import/export interfaces). This includes AE to CIS interfaces, CIS to ANET interfaces and regular validation and completeness reporting refresh running on nightly basis.
