Below we would like to highlight the key criteria for the potential candidates:

• A bachelor or master’s degree, preferably Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management or any related field.
• 2-3 years of professional experience with a demonstrated track record of delivering sustained improvements in business performance, gained in industry and/or consulting
• Consulting  background (preferably) or Industry background  (Business excellence / functional role) with significant expertise in  at least three of the areas listed – Business transformation,  Business process Re-engineering, Market assessment,  Post-merger integration, Strategy and Business planning, Sales and Marketing improvement / transformation, Strategic Cost Reduction, Supply Chain Management / transformation
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Excellent analytical skills, drive, enthusiasm, conceptual thinking, communication and influencing skills, and pragmatism in execution
• Entrepreneurial spirit & excellent business development skills
• Intrinsic motivation to help establish and strengthen relationships with our clients
• Commitment to support the development of others through coaching
