Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Social Media Marketing Manager.
• Knowledge of languages: Azerbaijani, Russian, English (fluent).
• Hands on experience in content management
• Knowledge of social media, social media advertising and social media analysis tools
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)

Work Description:

• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
• Periodic preparation and placement of creative and interesting content for the restaurant and training center (post, announcement, photo and video, daily stories)
• Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
• Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
• Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
• Management of company pages in social networks
• Develop and implement a social media strategy to achieve business goals
• Sorting materials (photos and videos)

 Working Conditions:

• Working conditions in a friendly and flexible team

• 5-day work week
• Weekends: Saturday and Sunday.
