- Work experience as a Receptionist in the Hospitality industry
- High level of written and verbal business Azeri, Russian and English
- High level of social and interpersonal skills
- Highly developed organizational skills
Job Duties:
- Answer phone calls and manage the spa’s schedul
- Manage guests’ records
- Explain spa services to guests
- Track equipment and supplies
- Keep other employees informed of guests’ needs
