What we need?

Reporting to the front office Manager, as a Spa Supervisor you contribute to the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Provide consistent professional treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices.
• Effectively inform and educate our guests about specific wellness concerns.
• Ensuring therapists carry out excellent customer service and sales.
• Monitoring good stock levels and ordering of treatment, retail and locker room products.
• Staff Discipline – Undertaking Small Discipline issues with Team Members when possible minor problems arise.
• Development of staff – This is to include; Spa Therapist Training, Customer Service Training and Techniques, and Sales Techniques.
• Paying attention to budgets and targets, helping to generate business. This will include working with the Spa
• Manage to set Team Members daily weekly targets (Incentives) and ensure all business KPI’s are met.
• Help with and develop promotion of Treatments, Spa Days, and looking for the ‘Quiet Days’ to push additional treatments promotions.
• As and when required to administer the general petty cash system and float in an accurate manner.
• To undertake any other ad-hoc duties relevant to the post, as and when required. ( Spa Reception and relevant duties involved).

Qualifications and Requirements:

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Previous experience working as a Spa supervisor or administrator in a salon/spa essential. Minimum of 2 years’ experience required.
• Enjoyment to work and learn new skills
• Good Level of personal organization
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Customer service experience essential.
• Sales/retail ability essential
• Initiative and enthusiasm
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally
• Ability to demonstrate great communication skills
• Good knowledge of English, Russian and Azerbaijan languages are must
