Responsibilities:
- Plan or direct spa services and programs;
- Assess employee performance and suggest ways to improve work;
- Develop staff service or retail goals and guide staff in goal achievement;
- Schedule staff or supervise scheduling;
- To make sure the areas look clean and neat;
- Dealing with guest complaints.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the relevant field;
- Good knowledge of Azerbaijani, English and Russian;
- Knowledge of TNG system;
- Good communication and writing skills;
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
