Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development of STEM initiatives to improve educational achievement
• Work toward the goals of improving overall student success in STEM disciplines
• Research and compile information on effective STEM programs
• Design monitoring and evaluation plan for STEM initiatives
• Provide leadership to staff, schools, and teacher educators to implement instructional practice for improved student achievement in STEM areas
• Coach and mentor teachers in STEM programs
• Communicate with related stakeholders on STEM standards and curricula
• Conduct partnership outreach and disseminate STEM education across new stakeholders outside of the school
• Research to identify new opportunities and promote STEM education
• Develop key growth sales strategies
• Provide leadership in the improvement, expansion, and extension of STEM success programs
• Plan and develop budgets and funding sources for STEM initiatives
• Ensure effective recruitment in STEM programs and activities
• Establish and develop relationships with stakeholders
• Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders
• Work closely with STEM stakeholders in order to achieve planned goals

Background:

• Bachelor degree is a must
• 5+ years of experience
• 2+ years of experience in educational management
• Experience in STEM education
• Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery
