Job responsibilities:
- Ensure proper exchange of information;
- Coordination of correct collection and correct distribution of information;
- Organizing meetings with line managers to resolve issues;
- Preparation of presentations periodically;
- Participate in the process of preparation for store openings;
- Support in solving problems that may arise during store openings;
- Establish a proper line of communication between relevant structures.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree;
- At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience;
- Knowledge of office programs (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word);
- Ability to communicate fluently in Russian and English;
- Ability to negotiate;
- Ability to plan and analyze;
- Results-oriented;
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
