Strategy Management Specialist

Job description:

• Proactively participate in formulation of the whole Group’s Corporate, Business and Functional strategies;
• Performing periodical reports on external and internal environment and benchmarking analysis in order to support Group’s Strategy execution;
• Strategy tracking and monitoring through established channel and tools: Strategy Review meeting, Scorecards, Reports etc.;
• Contribute to development of recommendations on key findings and analysis to the management;
• Support preparation of Strategy related Group wide policy and procedures;
• Coordinate work of Strategy Committees within Group’s Strategic Assets;
• Close cooperation with Strategic Assets of the Group and external consultants;
• Support annual operational planning process within Corporate Center;

Experience, Competencies and Skills Required:

• Education, Experience and Skills Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or other related field;
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in related field;
• Strong Microsoft Office skills;
• Excellent command of English and Azerbaijani languages, both oral and written;
• Good understanding of Economics, Corporate Finance, Banking and Insurance business;
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment;
• Sound critical thinking and problem solving abilities;
• Excellent communication and people relations skills;
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills
