Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing timely and accurate solutions
- Troubleshooting technical issues related to our Booknetic plugin
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints
- Collaborating with other team members to improve the product and customer experience
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and updates related to our product
Requirements:
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Previous experience in a customer support role (Optional)
- Experience with WordPress and/or other web development technologies
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to think on their feet
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Passion for providing excellent customer service
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Benefits:
- Salary of 800 AZN
- 6-day work week: 5 days in the office, 1 day remote
- Working hours between 10:00 – 19:00 with a 2-hour lunch break from 13:00-15:00
