Responsibilities:
- Be the main point of contact within IT for support/administration of the infrastructure and applications environment
- Provide end-user support, resolving technical issues and provides technical assistance for all Operating system
- Set up new hires with equipment and appropriate access to the company’s system
- Maintenance of the business software applications
- Implements, installs, configures, monitors, trouble shoots and evaluates existing and new operating systems
- Confers with database administrators, analysts or other system administrators
- Directs technicians who are involve in diagnosing and correcting systems related to failures and performing system management and determines logical solutions
- Maintaining and monitoring of systems availability and business continuity
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in IT area)
- Experience in providing assistance to users and optimizing system operations
- Solid understanding of information security principles
- Familiarity with the following operating systems: Windows/Linux operating systems and VMWare
- Experience in VMware
- Familiarity with the Active Directory, DNS, Certificate services, DFS, Clustering and etc.
- Familiarity with Skype for Business system (optional)
- Experience in support of Enterprise server hardware
- Strong experience in Microsoft Exchange
- Good command of English
- Fluency in Azeri or Russian
