PASHA Bank is looking for strong candidate to join our team as Team Leader of Core Banking.

Main roles & responsibilities:

• Directs and controls the overall technology of a product stream or squads.
• Personally gets involved in product development process, leads the product to success while both managing the engineering team and delivering product improvements daily
• Directly participates in and supports agile teams on road map and strategies of the digital products
• Testing and evaluating technological stack, tools and platforms within a product stream
• Improving software development process by directing and controlling the agile way of working among engineers within his/her stream
• Hiring and Coaching teams and individuals within stream in order to create and grow high-potential talents
• Manages resources within product stream
• Implements latest technological innovations to further advance company’s technology in order to enable better and more digital products.
• Creates New and improve existing Guidelines, ensures that domain knowledge of the stream is well documented
• Participates and drives Engineering Activities
• Other tasks as assigned by Direct Manager.

Required qualifications & skills:

• Education: Bachelors, Masters or higher degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics or any relevant field.
• Work experience: 7+ years experience in software engineering. knowledge and experience in front and backend development, automated testing, infrastructure and architecture database technologies. Knowledge and Experience in Agile methodology is
• tional but recommended. Experience working in banking industry and deep knowledge of banking products.
• Language skills:English (Upper-intermediate)
• Computer skills: Proficiency in at least 4 of these languages: PL/SQL, Node.js, Python, Golang, Kotlin, Java, PHP, Perl, SQL, HTML, .Net, React, Angular.. Data structure and algorithms knowledge
• Product knowledge:: RESTful APIs, Single Sign On, LDAP, Search Technologies
• Experience with code/peer reviews, working with design mock-ups, CI/CD, Secure development, information security, test-driven developmentKnowledge about Bank’s products
