What You Will Do

We are looking for a candidate who has a strong background in hands-on Engineering and Product Delivery with proven abilities to innovate and be creative, as well as a passion for people and experience of working with global peers and resources.

• Point person responsible for the management of all technical tasks (design, development, and implementation);
• Participate in technical design planning for system development, integration and solution deployment;
• Lead, plan and oversee the activities supporting the development and deployment of the planned solution. This includes implementation planning, release management, development planning and decision making in technical areas;
• Work with team members to identify technical blockers and develop a joint plan to close them;
• Ensure the teams deliver projects on time on acceptable standard;
• Oversee the hiring, training, and monitoring of technical operations staff;
• Lead website outsourcing process.
• Mentor and motivate a technical team to put in their best effort to improve level of performance;
• Prepare and deliver presentations on system design and implementation plan;
• And/or any other projects assigned by the Management.

What You Need to Know and Have

• 4+ Years software engineering/technical lead experience and at least 2 years hands-on team leadership;
• Strong combined technical and commercial appreciation;
• Good experience with HTML, CSS and web technologies;
• Estimation, delivery and roadmap planning;
• Experience of managing software development projects;
• Communication Skills;
• Analytical thinking;
• Detail oriented;
• Team player;
• Multitasker;
• Organizational skills;
• Fluent English.
