Work Location – Baku, Azerbaijan

Responsibilities:

• We are looking for technical support and sales engineer. You will join modern Swedish company that provides best work atmosphere and opportunity to develop inside the company. The main tasks will be to handle sales with ability to provide technial support to the customers.

Detailed Responsibilities:

• Maintain contact with existing customers and distributors
• Talk with customers and engineers to assess their needs and requirements
• Usually split your time between the office and visiting clients, visiting these on a weekly basis
• To search for new customers and projects
• Managing and interpreting customer requirements
• Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs
• Meeting regular sales targets
  viiProviding pre-sales technical assistance and product education
  ix. Prepare qoutation and follow up projects
  x. Provide technical support and consultation for products produced by company
  xi. To be in contact with our abroad factories

Qualifications:

• i. Strong customer service skills
  ii. Ability to work under pressure and multitask
  iii. Ability to professionally communicate both verbally and written.
  iv. Must be proficient on computers.
  v. Good problem solving skills a must.
  vi. BSc/MSc in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical engineering preferred) – preferably alumni of Baku Higher Oil School, Baku Engineering University or degree from internationally recognized university.
  vii. English language both speaking and writing. Proven language skills with certificates (IELTS, TOEFL) is a plus.
  viii. 0-2 years of related experience.
