Responsibilities:

• Answers incoming calls;
• Directs call to guest rooms, staff, or departments through the switchboard;
• Places outgoing calls;
• Receives guest messages and deliver the same to the guest;
• Provides information about hotel services to guests;
• Knows what action to take when an emergency call is required.

Requirements:

• Having clear, distinct speech and with a friendly, courteous tone and intonation;
• Experience in the relevant field;
• Good knowledge of Azerbaijani, English and Russian;
• Good communication skills;
