Summary: Contribute to organization’s goals plus objectives and enhance market share and sales performance, establish channel strategies along with execute associated plans, prepare trade promotional plan in designated channels with crucial customers.

Reporting to: Chief Sales Officer.

Key responsibilities:

• Contribute to organization’s goals plus objectives and enhance market share and sales performance
• Provide marketing assistance to sales team through answering clients and product inquiries
• Lead retail channel’s trade marketing strategy development to accomplish defined business objectives throughout product categories
• Prepare trade promotional plan in designated channels with crucial customers
• Perform closely with CSO as well as Brand Manager to enhance processes linking corporate brand building activities as well as Product Development activities with Sales activities
• Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives and manage the Trade Marketing budget
• Leading activation programs with partners to improve brand visibility
• Visiting the points of sales regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines are respected
• Ensuring alignment across the Sales and Marketing organizations on field sales needs and marketing initiatives, including coordination with Corporate Trade Marketing and budget management
• Act as the key liaison between product development and buyers
• Provide leadership to the business planning and strategic planning process
• Frequent communication with teams to support data collection, issue resolution and requests
• Facilitate collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain, to ensure the delivery of annual company budget objectives
• Responsible for working with Production, Sales, Supply Chain, and Marketing to ensure product delivery and appropriate sales incentives
• Development, communication, and tracking of target share and volume goals for each critical segment, working closely with the CSO to allocate to market/region level
• Works with the CSO to develop Trade marketing programs to grow the brands
• Lead the implementation of agreed priority activities with the Sales team across customers and performance measurement of the results via KPI measurement
• Develop the brands growth platforms ensure they are based on relevant shopper insights
• Tailor the materials and activation toolkits from the marketing team for the Customer and format requirements in the market
• Analysis of the competitive and customer’s position in the market
• Works closely with marketing team to support the development on the business
• Manages the allocated trade marketing budget
• Coach and Train the Trade marketing team
• Report sales needs and field intelligence to sales / marketing teams
• Lead trade marketing initiatives to ensure proper strategy is in place to meet both brand and customer expectations
• Identify and develop necessary Point of Sales tools to increase brand presence, market share and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree is preferable for this role
• At least 3 years of overall experience working in similar field
• Experience in management of dealers and sales persons
• Excellent communication in Azeri, good English and Russian is preferable
• Knowledge of MS office as proficient user
