Training Coordinator

Job duties:

• Develop and introduction of training strategies and programs;
• Develop training processes and procedures;
• Evaluate individual and organizational development needs and prepare training matrix;
• Help managers develop their team members through career pathing;
• Review individual and organizational development needs;
• Deploy different kinds of learning methods companywide, such as coaching, job-shadowing, online training and others
• Monitor the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities;
• Establish and maintain relationships with training and development centers;
• Conduct and follow up performance evaluation process;
• Design the measures to encourage and develop potential employees skills to achieve high results;
• Development and organisation of annual, quarterly and monthly trainings and education programs, coordination, follow up and analysis of results;
• Build the training budget;
• Organize and conduct training and orientation program for new comers;

Work condition:

• Work hours: 09-00-18-00;
• Work days: Monday to Friday
• Workplace- Baku, Azerbaijan (Head office)
• Provided with corporate number
• Salary: Negotiable

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Labor Code of the Azerbaijan Republic
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages
• Knowledge of methods professional development of an organization’s employees
• Experience in budgeting
• Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
• Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
• Hold ToT in business subjects
